Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd (the “Bank”) announces that during yesterday’s Meeting, the Board of Directors elected Mr Chris Pavlou as Non Executive Vice Chairman.

The Bank also announces that, during the period of medical leave of Group Chief Executive Officer Mr Christos Stylianides, Mr Takis Phidia, who will be seconded from CNP Laiki Insurance Holdings Ltd, will temporarily undertake duties as Acting Chief Executive Officer.
